RPChat troubles

I cant get RPChat from the Bluzone to work. All the other functions work, even the radio, but I can't get Local chat to work. Any commands I'm missing or anything? Please help.

Look in the RTB prefs. They might be there, idk.

I have, and I have enabled it, but local chat won't turn on. The radio works fine.
