The focus is when 2 officers walk up to him ",Sir, why are you smiling and laughing at..."the officer didn't finish the sentence, he simply stuttered and took out a pair of handcuffs.

    Four days later in court the man's only defence was ",They weren't mine."  He was convicted of homicide.

It's good for Blocklanders to get some therapy. Can't really fix anything, but you can mask the horrible mindset of a Blocklander better.

You do know that you're not any better, right.
