Or a super modded grapple hook, one the will hook onto a object and you can control the length of rope you have and go up and down the length of a wall.

tf2 flare gun? I could make one either way.
I could modify the grapple rope to retract and extend with a separate mod.

I mean like, with a model with some animations. There is already one of those, but they have gloves on them, and have kind of bad animations.
