Sounds like "Sugar runway 3" to me, which makes far more sense than "Sugar Norway 3"
stuff man, somebody unscrewed the lid again...
WE GOT SUGAR IN RUNWAY 3! REPEAT, SUGAR IN RUNWAY 3!

What if sugar is code for drugs! Guys!

I've not been able to find anything, And i'm not certain it would be a Numbers station or anything as norway/runway isn't a spelling alphabet word. It's possibly coordinates to something.

Norway and Mexico aren't in the phonetic alphabet, it would be a codename.

THE NUMBERS MASON

forget you brickybob :(

You're listening to a pre-recorded sample, not a real radio station.

It's like people have a contest to see who can act the dumbest when creating a topic.

It's probably a number station. Lots of them out there. I find them fascinating.

Yeah they're very interesting, makes you think about what is going on around you.

Wish I could find where it's coming from.

Either it is ATC (Unless the same thing is still repeating), a Number station, or an amateur radio broadcasting something over and over, like in a contest.

Heres a story about the number stations on youtube, really interesting BTW

If you listen to the numbers stations, the radio police will backtrace you and get your IP address and arrest you.
OH GOD.
