Author Topic: Why not Blockland for X-box 360?  (Read 4199 times)

I mean't on the lowest possible settings (Including shaders being off) and the 3DS would still get about 10 FPS if your lucky without bricks. The Wii U might be able to run with some settings on low but you wouldn't be able to place that many bricks due to the CPU in it.
I just don't see how its impossible considering Blockland's requirements on the main website.

3ds has 128 MB of ram, blockland requires 512

Wii U has a 1.26 GHZ GPU. It won't go far with bricks. My friend had an old Pentium 4 800 MHZ CPU, it could run blockland but would crash if you placed a brick.

Pfft, what about addons?
Plus the whole blockland style of gameplay doesn't fit

I second this.

Ok now I know your just straight up spewing lies, because I'm running a Pentium 4 and I can run Blockland just fine, get your facts straight before you post them.

I have hosted server that run beyond smoothness and never lag, may be the internet, may be the gpu.
But the Pentium 4 is not that weak at all.

*facepalm* There are different types of Pentium 4 CPU's. Did you read the part were it said it was 800 MHZ?

What about add-ons? It's very possible that you could take add-on files on the computer. Upload them to your vita and then instal them on Blockland through your vita. All of that is possible.

Oh stuff I forgot about that, I just remembered I was running one overclocked up to 3.00 GHz, I thin that's what I have it set to.

I keep forgetting that they used to make processors that couldn't reach 1GHz.

I thought this was interesting, this guy could get a very basic Blockland to work on an older PSP (the video is 4 years old)

thats not actually real blockland though

Blockland could be madebfor the Xbox 720 and the ps4 due to the good specs.

Xbox 720:
DirectX 11.1 class 800-MHz graphic processor
81.6ghz CPU cores
8gb's of ram
500gb disc space

The ps4 has similar specs.

shut up about these topics,
I think torque game engine is made in Visual C++
Blockland will not be ported to other devices because it would have to be completely re-written
sure there are some TGE games on XBLA, but I don't think that will change this
Stop posting topics about changing platforms for blockland
