Randomness's Mini Empires RP v2

I've considered playing once more, and raising RAGE under a new name, taking back my seat as head chairman. I'm thinking if I do join, it'll be for the fourth and continuing cycle(s). If I do play once more, I'm definitely going to take up residence in the North once more and establish my same presence there as last time; complete and utter control.
If things go well I might apply for admin / make more server contributions of some type

I'm closing the server - there's just no activity, plus I don't have time. Its been fun, and I've been working on another project so I must shut down this one to make room for it.
