Need help installing windows 7.

So, I need help down grading from Windows 8 (loving ugly) and I cannot seem to go into the BIOs menu. I have tried pressing keys, but they do not work. I am installing through a cd, thats why I need to make my e drive primary instead of hard drive.

Yeah Windows 8 is really stuffty, I got a new laptop recently with Win8 preinstalled and I was having problems right off the bat.
