we have a 2x2 round section, which could be easily enlarged to a 4x4 round section to make lovey greek columns and the like.

On that note, maybe an indented, traditional column set in 2x2 and 4x4, although both of these would be poly-intensive and could only be used sparingly.  They would look so cool though, and open up a lot of possibilities.

I would like to see a curved block, so we can build big round rooms, or similar.

I would like the curved log-cabin style bricks used in the western Lego sets, since almost every imitation I've tried looks bad. That, or a 2x2 round stretched into a 1x1x5.

We could also use 1x1x5 round, 2x2x3 round and 2x2x5 round. A 4x4 round set would be awesome too.

I wouldn't mind if the plates and bricks were updated with an x14 size as well, although that should be an easy task. It would be nice if they actually had images though, instead of using the ? icon. Oh, and the 2xX series of plates is too limited, it would be great if there were some more 2xX sizes.
