Whenever I try to join servers (ONLY WITH SOME IT DOES THIS) it just won't load

In some servers, it can just take up to 5 minutes and sometimes it won't load at all and it'll say "Timed out".
How do I fix this?
Please no responses like "you have a bad computer" or "you must have a bad connection" because my connection is fine and so is my computer.
Help would be appreciated.

This is the fault of the server.

The time it takes for the information to travel from your computer and back.
If it has a --- ping, that means that you have not received any information from the server.
So if you don't have any signal from the server, you cant join it.
