Shaders Wont Work!

Well long story short I CANT USE SHADERS! every time i open blockland in the console it read, Shaders wont work! Please help (i cant remove my add-ons cause so many builds i have use them) If you can help it would be great. First idea that works person gets cookies -Lock- :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: :cookie:-Lock-

Are you on a laptop? If so you most likely have intel graphics.
This means your computer is not good enough to run shaders.

No I am on a Windows 8 Pro
Processor: Intel (R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 55 @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz
Ram 3.80 usable
64 bit.
