Added the winners list so far and the server rules to the OP. Could also keep records up to date in the OP but it would be kinda tedious for a while. On the flip-side, if I unlocked all the dev times from Marioguy0, it would be easy to keep up with as his times are loving ridiculous.

Oh yeah, you were on the list of people I remembered as particularly annoying while reviewing my logs from Badspot's Speedkart. Reviewing the logs, however, I can't remember why. I remember specifically why I perma'd 4 other people I encountered there but not you. Maybe you were just generally annoying? I forget. I'll undo it later I guess.
