Loading freezes when going to a server

I go to a server, start loading everything
then I freeze
then I have to go back to the server list and go BACK to the same server
so it DOESN'T freeze while loading
how do I make it stop

It's a bug that happens to everyone, usually when downloading music on a server. Nobody knows how to fix it.

Dglider:

Yeah this happens to people a lot on my server.  But never when I use default add-ons.  Or a default client.  So I can only assume it's add-on related.
