I dunno, we do a relatively good job of whipping morons into shape. They either get banned or learn in order to not get banned.

the game needs to be supported, so free gameplay would call for a subscription, or some kind of fee to get more in-game features.
a $20 fee for everything is so much better than having to buy more stuff later on.
