Am I the only one who doesn't unrender bricks?

I only build two types of things: architecture and vehicles.
I'll never use invisible support bricks for architecture. Only exception is for switches, but even then, I've taken to using a different-colored 1x1 brick in place of a prop switch. White for light switches, maybe a green/red with setColor for a machine.
With vehicles, I'm a little more flexible with props, but even there, I'm using more and of the Pole Adapters or Half Plates. I'm trying to get it where the only thing I use invisible supports for is getting a space or air vehicle off the ground plane.
