He made at least 21 alts today boosting the player count up to 64, mind you this was Port's stuffty bounty hunter server so because of his alts that he had killed and didn't respawn, he caused players to have a 40% chance of them to have a dead target. Here is my evidence.
Some other players were doing it at the same time too, they are just as much at fault.
He also spammed the server repeatedly.
