As far as gameplay goes, it's almost the exact same thing. Voxel based terrain, with the ability to change the size of your stylus and cut into non-square terrain. It's not triangulated like blockscape though, it looks a lot better imo |

Although VoxelFarm has much more realistic looking terrain shapes and seems to support complex shapes like realistic looking trees and billboards. |
