Non-Banning Ban Hammer

The ban hammer, but as a melee weapon.
It doesn't ban, kick, or act as a destruto wand.
It only insta-kills.

it wouldn't be very hard.
rename uiname to killhammer and remove the ban and kick and destructo functions and make it infinite damage
