He's against the principle of people not agreeing to pay for a mod at all, in any game, which some here are giving the impression of. He still agrees there shouldn't be a mod market system in Blockland.

It is dismissive. Especially since everyone here has already stated that this would never happen. The OP kept coming back to argue more, so the conversation kept going.
