I experienced the same problem when I tried to do a skin of IG-88.

I tried out the alpha, and one glaring issue I have is the inventory scroll and the "throw item" buttons are right next to each other.  In trying to remember which buttons are which, especially while getting attacked, I generally throw my beginning weapon away instead of scrolling through the inventory.

There isn't a basic attack without the beginning tool.

It lets me run it while it's in the .rar

It probably extracted wrong or something. From my understanding, it's basically saying that a folder called "base" and a folder called "Add-Ons" don't exist.

...Or something like that.

This is really easy to do.

Could be a UAC thing, depending on how your copy of windows is set up.

Try extracting it to different places to see if it runs, like my documents or the c:/ drive.

That's really peculiar that it let you run it while zipped though.

Also, will there be a way to add more colors to the palette?
