As far as the demo they are keeping updated, yes. They don't seem to mention if they want to sell it, but considering how slow the Kickstarter is, they might have to charge.

the CPU and RAM requirements are like, way low, so I'm assuming it's gonna require some serious GPU

so if I apparently have DX11... it should work on my computer? that's really hard to believe. I mean, look at that game. and I can't even run gmod
