Anyone else get FPS lag on certain servers?

I went to racerboy's server, and fps dropped to about 30-40, I went to Badspots server, it was around 60-80 (had more bricks)
Anyone else get FPS drops on certain servers?
Also,
I have a great computer, I dont have one of those crappy ones.
