that's the number of points the director has to spend
the director is what is in charge of spawning all the enemies
it gets a few points every second:
points+=2+floor(min(diff_level-0.2,1)*time_start/(60))*max(1,(2*(diff_level=3)))//+((bonus_rate-1)/3)
