You must be an idiot to say something like that
no you don't get to have an opinion on anything here

Firstly, what i said before was a partial joke, but i wouldn't live anywhere else.

I could start an extensive political discussion here but I won't.
Regardless, the fact that this was actually said is sad.
Go ahead and start it, I'd like to know what the forget is wrong with what I said.

Northers are theives, stuck up athiests, weaklings, and self centered. Southerns are stupid, ignorant, and afraid of change. Instead of argueing who is better and smarter, we should be working together and making a better country.

athiests
is being atheist a bad thing? Like half the forums are atheist, including me

I'm a former athiest myself, now an agnostic because I don't care anymore. I frown upon other athiests who act like they are superior than people who believe in god. Elitist athiest give normal athiests a bad name.My philosphy is just believe what you believe and mind everyone else.

Edit: I make an exception with Scientologists and extremists. Hate cults all you want.

We should have mandatory prayer in school forget the whole separation of the church and state thing

We should have mandatory prayer in school forget the whole separation of the church and state thing

separation isn't mentioned in the constitution stop itttt

the main reason that concept exists is because the catholic church became a political organization and we wound up with 1500 years of uselessness

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

it's to keep the US from having an official religion or banning other religions, not hard to interpret!!

and even then roe v wade should be overturned, it violates the 10th amendment

Oh god, this thread is taking a turn for the worst. Kearn is so bad at politics and has no understanding of the real world.

What if you had to say a muslim prayer in school. I think your opinion would be different.

there's a difference between forcing people to do something and having a study class on religious texts

forcing people to pray to a deity is different from banning private prayers or study classes

also our education system is awful, the federal government gets to decide what people are allowed to be taught in school and regulates attendance

it's a free system with free bus services, if parents want to teach their kids at home with their own curriculum they should be permitted to

waa waa i'm sorry the constitution exists FORGIVE ME I HAVE SINNED

I saw a statistic in my government textbook that said 71% of Republicans are pro-choice, and that was a few years ago. It is amazing how the wackjob minority manages to keep pro-life as a plank of the GOP.

source or irrelevant

Portion of the 14th Amendment: "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law"

Which means that if the Supreme Court decides a baby in the 3rd trimester is a person then the 14th Amendment protects them without violating the 10th Amendment.

This is one of the reasons why the 14th Amendment is called the second Bill of Rights, because it offers people further protections and expands certain laws to the states.

the supreme court shouldn't be meddling with state and personal affairs

Hey Kearn did you know the first Democrats were rednecks and the first Republicans were northern rich people.
