Why is it Needed: Don't have to use that old event or stick with the premade water bricks
Full Description: It's simply that can or a remake of the can that gives the water movement effect to bricks, except it's coupled with the effect of the event that makes said brick into water.

Easily can do, might do this first today since it's quite easy.
