Title of Request: Weapon Spawn/Add Disable
Type of Request: Script (I think)
Why is it Needed: It will allow hosts to feel safer about using wrenches in minigames
Full Description: This will make it so only certain players can spawn weapons and use the AddItem event. Possibly RTB preferences that can edit rights for that. The rights can be in categories for Tools and Weapons/Items. what I mean by rights is that maybe you make it anyone can spawn tools but only Super Admins can spawn weapons. Limit of people (Host, Admin,etc.) should be No Limit, Admin, Super Admin, Host
