Is it a hack?

I started my own Futuristic Military RP, but after some time, one of the admins started to spaz out and ban everyone, then said a bunch of gibbersish. [KMGKGFJMDKKMGJK] and then after I de-admined him another admin banned another person and said: "Raven alt" and then I de-admined him and banned him too, but after a while my scree froze and closed everything then restarted itself, is this a hack?
P.S. This also happened a while ago in 2010, when I was in a server and I automatically said: "Sip my richard" when I hadn't typed that, and Biohazard HD told me it was him...
I don't know if this is a hack or if I installed something bad, because the only thing I've downloaded are weapons add ons and vehicles...

The crash was most likely just an ordinary crash.
As for the chat thing, anyone with console access on a server can do that. It's fairly simple scripting, not a hack.

Or some of them got tricked into a script that does that.
Also, events can do this(well, some of it)

How joo gets console access?

Using eval for example.
Or hosts can just open their console.
Also, the second thing he described was probably a welcome message.
