Games are downloading so slow help please

So okay, I'm downloading Crossfire and for some odd reason, I downloaded 0.7% of the game in 15 minutes.

Last night it was downloading slow, but not THIS slow. Last night I would get roughly 10MB every minute.

The game in whole is 800MB - 900MB.

I will be waiting ages to download.

Also when I download the game, I can't load the internet on my laptop. (On my moms PC)

The internet here loads perfectly fine.

No, its fine now 100 Mbps.

I'm convinced it's their download server. Cause I restarted the installer and it downloaded 127 MB in 5 minutes. Then it slowed down again to 1 MB every 10 minutes lol

Is it a steam game or is it from it's own website?
