Mass Effect 2 DLC - Where To Start?

why does it matter which you do first anyway? the order you play new vegas's DLC doesn't even matter, and that's got like the most connected DLC of any game I've played

I do have school mind you, which takes up alot of my spare time except for weekends, so I haven't really had much time to think.
Bloody Mary:
Kasumi and Zaeed are both party members that are recruited as part of the "recruit your team" quest, so you can pick them up early if you'd like. Arrival and Shadow Broker are more endgame things that you probably shouldn't jump into right away. (Although I think that Arrival requires storyline progression to start.)
