No, it's open world so it would also classify as a RPG.
COD Zombies isn't a RPG...

It's uncreative and generic, basically "survive an infectious apocalypse, guys!" scenario.
But you are right, the zombie mini-game isn't, ZomB indefinitely is a RPG.
