Shadows Negatively Correlate With Draw Distance

The higher I up the draw distance, the lower my shadow resolution becomes. Is there a way to change this? Perhaps in the coding?

The only thing you could probably do is get a Graphics card that can handle shaders at Max and then set your draw distance far.
But no, there's not much you can do.
