Decent (1GB) graphics card under 50 bucks? (ARMA 3)

Nvidia preferably, tips on a good motherboard too would be nice.
Also, a 2.4GHz CPU under 60 dollars would be nice.

edit: you can't really get anything decent for that price, possibly a gtx 620 but that won't run it well. A cpu and mother board is also going to cost upwards of $150.
