she has the second highest rate of building nukes and using nukes

If nukes are your problem go science heavy and out-tech everyone so you've got the space ship in the 1800s.

The worst thing about Civ 5 for sure is being 1 turn from building a wonder only to have some other stuff take it just before you do.

her nuke rating is 9 iirc
and I can't go science heavy
playing above prince is total bullstuff because the game lies
it says the ai receives no bonuses to help them
loving BULLstuff
they get a happiness boost/no penalty
