I saw this a few days ago. It's not straight up bad or wrong or anything, but it's boring and doesn't break any new ground. Yeah, the damsel in distress thing exists in video games, sure, but it existed long before the video game was even invented. She even mentions the ancient greek myth of Perseus as a citation. I thought this series was called tropes vs. women in video games? I realize that it applies, but you'd think she'd start with something more exclusive to video games.
