Skyrim clipping graphics? (WALL OF IMG)

Whenever I try to play Skyrim a glitch like this: occurs. There is nothing I know that can stop this happening but there is also no reason I can think of why this is happening.
Would be grateful to anyone who has a fix.

Usually this means your graphic card's overheating, dieing or sometimes the drivers going wonk.
