I would, but I don't have a very good reliable internet, but I am tempted to get the RTB hosting service.
Plus I really haven't been able to get into the scripting mood.

No, I think its 6 dollars for one month, 11 for two, and 15 for three.
If anything, I would go with three, since it is ridiculously cheap.

Well I'm able to host my own server without problems and my Internet is fairly good.
But I only host on Fridays or mornings for 10-60 minutes.
