Blockland automatically closes once spawned.

This renders the game impossible to play. Console was traced to make it easier for finding the issue..

Should have mentioned that I also just re-installed blockland so there should be no issues.

yes same happened to my school computer and that was the cause. uninstall it from add/remove programs in control panel
