Rapture is a Christian end of the world, not just end of the worlds in general. In the Christian one, all the believers vanish off the face of the earth or something like that.

That guy got his info wrong, Valve said it was going to be Half Life 3 not an episodic title.
He was probably on the Valve can't count to 3 bandwagon.
Either way this seem completely legit.
