The "Information" button in the Blockland server list lacks a player list

This is what came up with the Information button being clicked with a populated server - 16 players at the time of the pic taken - highlighted.

I've been assuming it was because of the issue of RTB being down, because it's been doing this ever since it went back up. But I want to be sure.

What's the issue and how do / can I fix it?
