Is Max Payne 3 Any Good?

I just finished the first two recently and I wanted to know if 3 was any good so I could get it. By the way those games were hard but so much fun.

It's okay as a third person shooter, but nowhere near what the first two were.

gorgeous, mechanics are very tight and nice, multiplayer is ok, story was cool but i didnt play the first 2 max paynes because they look like 3rd grader art and because of their age probably play like it too

old games like that dont really hold any appeal to me. i already have the gist of what happens, dont need to go through some crappy bullettime to reinforce it
