How do i make my shaders show my shadow?

On the options menu. The tab that's open by default.
Lower-right corner.
Options you can't run are greyed out.

There's not a separate setting for shadows.
Every shaders setting after and including "Low" have shadows. Each setting's shadows are better quality than the last setting's.

But the shaders options only show "Off and Minimum", i dont have the rest.

Then you can't run anything higher than that.
