First line should be this:
onActivate > Self > VCE_retroCheck [ifPlayerScore] [ >= ] [5          ] [1 3 ]

p. Sure retrocheck is an addition to VCE, so if that is the case, this works too:

But every time, no matter what the score, it always does one thing.
