Blast Corps 2 or a remake of the first one.
I know Rare is with Microsoft now, but I'd seriously get an XBOX 360 (yes, I don't have one) just to play it.

Kingdom Hearts 3, another Star Wars Jedi Knight game, and a really good console Megaman game. Also Star Wars Battlefront 3 needs to be made NOW.
