Games you wish they would just make already!

FYI guys, The Walking Dead Game Season 2 is scheduled for Fall 2013.
Anyways, Half-Life 3/Episode 3, then Left 4 Dead 3 or even a L4D game in the style of a Half-Life game.
Then for a game that I wish someone would make already: A real zombie FPS. I'm not going to go into detail, but definitely a detailed cross between Fallout, Left 4 Dead, The Walking Dead, and maybe a few others. You have this big open-world, there are settlements about, mostly based around survival, lots of choices - stuff like that.
