No lighting zone brick?

Is it possible for someone to make a no lighting brick? This would basically be a zone brick that makes everything inside it cast no light at all.

This would be great for games that have dark rooms so people without shaders couldn't exploit. Plus I figured out if you have shaders enabled, negative lights don't work so it wouldn't effect people with shaders on
