Autoban for being killed (Self Delete exception)

So, a lot of roleplays make a sort of rule where you get banned when you are killed. Now, I think it would be a good idea for someone to be banned for 1 minute when they are killed by somebody, so that they are able to get into a different character when they come back, and so that people really think about killing others.
