With the radio, you should be able to chat with any of the people or teams in the server using a private command so only that team or person can hear you.

Almost like the Cell phone mod and Radio mod combined.
Like if you type #SAI208 WHO695

A jamming and frequency tap add on should be included in this mod. (Maybe with long respawn time)
