Can we have pointed lights?

I'm asking whether if this is possible or not. I have noticed that almost all of our lights and light addons emit some type of circular light, I don't think I have ever seen straight lighting effects such as a flashlight or effects of a street pole on the ground. Are these things possible to create but just haven't been made yet or they aren't possible? Can we also put lights on vehicles?

These would be great for spotlights or something like that, I wish we had them ;_; (a moving one would also be great for lighthouses / search lights)
I've heard people in the past say this is not possible, but idk if anything has changed since Shaders update / new knowledge.
