Can we have pointed lights?

I remember that somebody hosted some kind of gamemode.
There was a gun item with straight light.

Alright so as a final question, there is def. no way to have this without the lighting engine to be edited?

The closest you can do is use Eksi's lights, where the Flare and actual light are separate, allowing you to do something similar.
