We do need more skyboxes with moving clouds. My slate nightmare has clouds that move.

The clouds are actually something like a curved plane that moves across the sky. It's not even part of the skybox.

OK seriously. We really need a better advanced tab for the Environment. By that I mean, we need to be able to change things like the wind speed, the precipitation, the cloud stuff, etc. It would help SOOOO much.

Adjustable slate was better than this
you could actually save/load settings
