Xbox Durango Required Installed Games.

So yea apparently the new Xbox will require you to install your games to your hard drive.
Now everyone is freaking out about this saying that you wont be able to play used games. I think people are jumping the gun way to soon. I think you'll have to install the games making for faster booting times and the Xbox heating up because the disc drive doesnt have a game in there thats spinning.
So what do you guys think about this?

Wow, why are people against used games so much? I mean, someone may not be able to afford paying $60 bucks for a game or another guy may wants to be able to buy three games for one.

Their reasoning is that you can basically buy a game at a cheaper price with (almost) the same quality
I bought a used game for $20 dollars (New = 60$) The used game didn't had anything unlocked and only had a few save files from the start.

What game was it that you bought? because I haven't heard of save files being on the game itself since cartridges.
